Our Company

Sagar Wright Search & Selection Limited is one of the largest & fastest growing independent Search firms in the UK. Extremely successful, we have grown by 30% every single year since inception in 1999. Last year we grew by a staggering 47%, and this year, we’re on target to surpass 60%, effectively doubling in size every 2 to 3 years.

A cash rich, privately owned company, our profits are wholly reinvested into the growth of our business, and in particular the development of our staff, all of whom have genuine opportunities for management and directorship. As we are privately owned, we can and do, pay top 5% remuneration to our staff – this is unlike many firms that are owned by parent companies who need to annually extract company profits.

We can share out our profits with our staff and therefore pay bonuses that are much higher than the norm. Occupying beautiful offices in a converted 19th century school, we enjoy the whole of the top floor, with lofted ceilings and an unrivalled view over the Aire Valley in one of the most sought-after residential areas of Leeds – Rawdon.

A specialist niche-market Search firm, we operate predominantly in the very best end of the very best markets – Professional Services Consulting, Financial Services Consulting & Investment Consulting.

Our Clients are the best & largest global professional services companies in the world.

We are effectively a London Search Firm based in Leeds. This is as the majority of our business concentrates within London & the South East. We do however cover the whole of the UK market, providing a true 360 degree Search for our prestigious client portfolio, as well as working on international placements in, for example, Australia and the US.

We work as a true business partner to companies which shape both the national and international economy, advising them on growth strategies through the hiring of ‘top talent’, which contribute millions of pounds in revenue to our Clients.

The individuals in our markets are ‘difficult to find’ people – there may only be literally a handful of people in the market who meet our Client’s strict requirements. In return they can afford to pay us extremely well for our candidates. We are in fact the most expensive firm of headhunters that our clients use in the whole of the UK. An average recruitment consultancy fee can be between £500 and £2,500. Our biggest fee for 2007 for one person was £62,775!
